These terms cover your use of this website (tracksiderailway.co.uk). They don't cover the Trackside Railway Roblox game itself, which is governed by Roblox's own Terms of Use — by playing the game you agree to those separately.

Who we are

Trackside Railway is an independent, fan-made Roblox experience. This website is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, South Western Railway, or Network Rail. Any train liveries or branding shown are used under licence and don't imply any official partnership.

Using this site

This site is provided to support the Trackside Railway game — showing information about it, letting you sign in with your Roblox account to view your own stats, and letting you report bugs. You're welcome to use it for these purposes. Please don't try to disrupt the site, access data that isn't yours, or use any part of it (including the staff tools) without proper authorisation.

Signing in and your stats

Signing in with Roblox is optional. We show you stats already recorded by the game itself — we do our best to display these accurately, but we can't guarantee the site will always be available or completely free of errors.

Staff tools

A small number of trusted staff can view and correct player data through a staff-only page, generally to fix bugs or resolve issues reported by players. While staff take care when making changes, mistakes are possible. We aren't liable for data loss or incorrect changes made in good faith through this process.

Bug reports and submitted content

When you submit a bug report (including any screenshots), please make sure it:

• Doesn't contain illegal, abusive, or offensive content
• Doesn't include images or material you don't have the right to share
• Relates genuinely to the game or this site

We may use, act on, or disregard submitted reports at our discretion, and we're not obligated to respond to every submission.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the site changes. Since this is a small independent project, we don't expect frequent changes, but continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
